Who is responsible
The editorial project at investstarassets.net. Contact: hello@investstarassets.net, +1 416 928 4416, 215 Spadina Avenue, Toronto, ON M5T 2C7, Canada. We do not publish a registration number or a legal form on this site.
Form data and automatic data
If you use the contact form, we process your name, email, subject if you add one, and message, so the desk can read the question. The server does not send a real email. It validates the request and confirms on the page.
The browser may store the cookie-notice choice in localStorage under cookieConsent, and the closing of the education notice in sessionStorage. These pages do not set analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party cookies, and we do not claim that they do.
Purpose and retention
The purpose is to answer your message and to remember the notice choice. We keep a message only as long as needed to respond. We do not sell the message or add it to a partner list. There is no automated decision and no profile of readers.
Rights and oversight
You can ask for access, correction, or deletion by writing to hello@investstarassets.net. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. Clearing site storage brings the notice back. The rest of the catalog still opens.
